The Dockmaster supervise and manage all projects and operations throughout the Marina property.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensuring all Marina’s Electrical and plumbing utilities are maintained and
  • Ensure the integrity of docks, renovating when
  • Manage Marina staff, scheduling and workload
  • Ensure the marina team is consistently functioning
  • Build
  • Supervise Security and contribute to the development of their
  • Office
  • Effective record keeping of day-by-day
  • Adhering to Bahamian Maritime laws and Port Authority
  • Lead Marina Team by providing guidance, training and
  • Assist with all marina services offered and quality
  • Maintain a clean and safe dock and boatyard environment.
  • Assist boaters where necessary, and ensure all vessels are properly
  • Effectively listen and come up with resolutions for client’s and employee’s

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Strong customer service abilities; actively looks for ways to assist customers and
  • Must be well rounded and display strong leadership
  • Captain’s License Class B or greater is a PLUS.
  • Must be able to

  • Prior experience leading a
  • The ability to go above and beyond to ensure the marina property stays running smoothly

  • Ability to be called in after business hours for emergency
