Summary:
Proactively serves as an owner representative, trusted advisor, customer service representative and the primary point of contact for Owners of the Residences at the Reef. Maximizes room revenues & occupancy by analyzing daily status rates & makes adjustments accordingly. Analyzes rate variances, monitors credit reports & maintains close observation of daily house counts. Coordinates major projects such as renovations, capital expenditures and equipment changes. Coordinates and manages the Reef including monthly financial review with managers senior hotel directors. Prepares revenue & occupancy forecasting and monitors labor expenses through schedule approval process. Collaborates with Resort executives in the delivery of overall management of luxury services. This position has the necessary qualifications and designations which require a fiduciary responsibility to the unit owners of the Residences at Atlantis.

Required Qualifications:
  • Must have a minimum of (5) years' experience in a luxury Property Management or Hotel Operation.
  • Demonstrated evidence of strong leadership competency and skills.
  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Strong customer service and problem resolution skills.
  • Understanding of condominium documents, rules and regulations for condo-hotel buildings.
  • Knowledge of general accounting practices, business law and contracts.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Opera, LMS database management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
