Vice President, IT Support & Project Management
Job Summary: Defines overall strategy for all IT Projects, Technology and Support Services for the business unit. Supervises and coordinates activities of team who provide problem-solving support to computer users. Responsible for the availability of all IT Infrastructure and the effective tracking and management of multiple tasks from occurrence through response and recovery.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven track record within the hospitality industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of Operational Services Delivery and Management.
- Strong understanding of IT Policies and Procedures as they relate to Change, Incident, Problem, Project and Security management.
- Proven proficiency in managing Capital and Operating Budgets.
- Demonstrated expertise in a variety of IT concepts, practices and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in working within cross-functional environments.
- Understanding of critical IT systems.
- Proven ability to focus on essential issues and increase efficiency and effectives of service organization.
- Frequent travel as required.
