We are an up-and-coming restaurant looking for a part time sous chef. The ideal candidate will need to be energetic, able to run a service by themself, and willing to grow with our team. This is a part time position requiring 2 - 3 days per week for a standard 8-hour shift per day. 

Responsibilities:

- Prepare dishes as stated by their recipe in a precise and expeditious manner
- Oversee and/or lead a full kitchen service 
- Asist with inventory management and reports
- Oversee breakdown after service, and prep for next service
- Asist with creation and execution of new dishes
- Communicate with front of house staff the kitchen updates and changes


Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a fast pace commercial kitchen
- Ability to operate commercial kitchen equipment
- Knowledge of current cuisine trends a plus (local and international)
- Able to work weekends, holidays, and late nights (12am)
