A reputable Hair Extensions & Wig Shop is seeking to hire a Store Manager.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Store Manager for our Hair Extensions & Wig Shop. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, particularly in wigs and hair extensions, or be eager to learn and develop in this area.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of wigs and hair extensions, including various types, styles, and application methods.
2. Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, sales transactions, and customer service.
3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, fittings, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
4. Social Media Management: Assist in creating and managing social media content to promote the store's products and engage with customers online.
5. Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store maintains an attractive and organized appearance, including arranging displays and maintaining cleanliness.
6. Cash Handling: Responsible for cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining cash security.
7. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to store staff, including training, scheduling, and motivating team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service.
8. Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and collaborate with management to reorder products as needed.
9. Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing trends and technologies in the beauty industry, staying informed about new products and techniques.
10. Age Requirement: Candidates must be 25 years old or older.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
3. Knowledge of wigs and hair extensions is preferred, but not required. Willingness to learn and develop expertise in this area is essential.
4. Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
6. Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to providing exceptional service to customers.
7. Flexible availability to shifts. Store Hours Monday to Friday 8am- 8pm Monday to Saturday- Closed on Sundays and holidays.

Salary- negotiable. 6 month probation
