Job Summary

The Driver will be responsible for operating company vehicles to transport passengers to their destinations safely and on time. He/She will provide shuttle services and executive transportation and will represent the company with a professionalism and courtesy demeanor at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive shuttle busses, limousines and other company vehicles to transport passengers.
• Drive vehicles over specified routes or to specified destinations according to time schedules, complying with traffic regulations to ensure that passengers have a smooth and safe ride.
• Provide passengers with assistance entering and exiting vehicles and help them with any luggage.
• Provide passengers with information or advice about the local area, points of interest, hotels, or restaurants.
• Communicate with dispatchers by radio or telephone to exchange information and receive requests for passenger service.
• Handle passenger emergencies or disruptions with diplomacy, and a sense of urgency to maintain the service standards, and company image in all dealings.
• Report all abnormalities found with company vehicles.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• A valid Driver’s License
• A Public Service Driver’s License and a Bahama Host Certificate
