Vice President, IT Applications
Job Summary: The VP, IT Applications plans, implements, supports, and manages a support team for the portfolio of applications that fully address the needs of one or more of the core functional areas of the business: resort operations, gaming systems, administrative systems, and sales & marketing applications. This position will serve as the primary liaison / account manager between the IT group and the key functional areas of the business.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience – preferred.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of applications system support experience in a mid- to large-scale organization - recommended.
- Strong working knowledge of system development life cycle and project management.
- Working knowledge of all general IT infrastructure components.
- Basic understanding of leading edge and emerging technologies.
- Project management skills and experience necessary to adequately manage job responsibilities.
- Planning and organization skills.
