We are seeking a reliable and skilled Construction Worker / Handyman to perform a variety of maintenance, repair, and construction tasks across residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general construction duties including framing, drywall, painting, and flooring.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on structures, fixtures, and equipment.
• Install and repair doors, windows, cabinets, and other carpentry elements.
• Assist with plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures.
• Perform basic electrical work including replacing outlets, switches, and lighting.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Communicate with supervisors and clients to ensure work is completed to satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction or general maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and building codes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends or after-hours as needed.
