Position Overview

The HVAC-R Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial settings.

Technician Level 1 (Junior)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in HVAC or related field

  • Basic knowledge of split units, ductless systems, and package units

  • Ability to assist with installations and routine maintenance

  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company

  • Valid driver’s license (preferred)

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Technician Level 2 (Senior)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in HVAC

  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

  • Proficient in installation of split, ductless, and central systems

  • Ability to work independently and supervise junior technicians

  • Knowledge of refrigerants, electrical systems, and controls

  • Valid driver’s license (required)

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Key Responsibilities (Both Levels)

  • Install, service, and repair AC and refrigeration systems

  • Perform preventative maintenance

  • Diagnose system issues and recommend solutions

  • Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

  • Maintain tools and equipment

  • Provide professional customer service
