Sales/Marketing Coordinator for Freeport
Position needed for Freeport Location.
Role Overview: Sales & Marketing Coordinator
The main objective of this role is to fill gaps between sales, marketing and fulfillment to
aid in ensuring they work cohesively in an effort to help drive revenue growth,and
contribute to overall business success.
Responsibilities & Duties
Digital Sales & InStore Client Advising
● Welcoming clients to the store,answering their queries, as well as assessing their
● Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
● needs and providing assistance and information on product FAB while utilizing
the company's sales process to close deals and upselling.
● Establishing and achieving agreed upon sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly and
yearly basis
● Acquiring clients through lead generation actions such as prospecting and
following up.
● Process POS (point of sale) transactions including exchanges
● Engaging with clients on all social media platforms includes: ensuring informative
and timely replies to client inquiries via direct messages, comments, post replies
etc
● Log accurate sales data regarding unsold clients that visited or contacted in an
effort to retarget.
Inventory & Merchandising
● Ensuring display units are styled appropriately & attractively in an effort to
acquire new and old clients.
● Assisting with the counting and verifying of inventory and shipments through
physical counting, quality checks and labelling.
Digital Marketing
● Creating and sending out digital marketing content, such as email blasts and
broadcast messages.
